Kommunitas calls itself a tier-less launchpad. Instead of fixed tiers, the allocation in each sale is shared among KOM stakers in proportion to their stake, so a small holder still receives a small allocation. Its docs say that staking at least 10,000 KOM and voting on a project gives a guaranteed allocation in the first two rounds, and stakers who do not vote can still join the later first-come, first-served round. It is one of the busiest independent launchpads in CryptoRank's recent figures, although its raises are small.
